What kinds of roofs do you work on?
Flat roofs (foam, coatings, TPO, modified bitumen), shingle, metal and tile, plus casitas and barns.
Repair or replace?
If the roof is mostly sound, repair. If it's worn out across the board or leaks keep moving, replacement is usually the better value.
How long does a replacement take?
Many shingle roofs take one to three days; flat and complex roofs can take longer.
Do you remove the old roof?
Usually. Wet or failed layers always come off so the deck can be checked.
What about rotten decking?
We replace it. The estimate shows how deck repair is priced.
How often should a foam roof be recoated?
Every several years, depending on the coating. Yearly checks tell you when.
Can you help with hail damage claims?
We document damage and provide estimates. Your insurance company decides coverage.
Do you handle permits?
Yes.
