How we work
- Get on the roof. No estimates from the driveway. We look at the surface, drains, flashing and deck.
- Fix the cause. Leaks get traced to where water really gets in.
- Repair or replace — honestly. If a repair will do, we'll say so.
- Written prices. Materials, removal, deck repair pricing, flashing, canales, permit and cleanup.
- Clean job sites. Magnet sweeps for nails, debris hauled off.
Flat roofs are a specialty
Corrales and the river valley have a lot of pueblo-style and adobe homes. Their roofs — foam, coatings, parapets and canales — need someone who works on them all the time.
