What we look for
Shingles
Soft bruises, missing granules, cracks and exposed mat.
Tile
Cracked or broken tiles, chipped edges.
Metal
Dents in panels, vents and trim.
Flat roofs
Punctures and fractures in the coating or membrane.
Insurance
We document the damage with photos and give you a written estimate. If you file a claim, your insurance company decides what's covered. Keep copies of everything, and check your policy for deadlines on filing.
Choosing who to hire
Use a New Mexico–licensed roofer, get a written estimate, and be cautious with anyone who wants a large payment before work starts.
Roofing questions
How do I know if hail damaged my roof?
Often you can't tell from the ground. An inspection is the way to know.
Will you meet with my adjuster?
We can share our photos and estimate. The adjuster works for the insurance company.
Should I upgrade to impact-resistant shingles?
It's worth considering if you're replacing anyway.
